- Coordinating Construction activities with Contractors, Owners (Engineering, Planning and Development, Operations and Security Departments), Designers (Engineers and Architects), Quality Assurance Testing, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure Project is constructed within Project Schedule
- Coordinating and Leading Construction Meetings (Preconstruction, Weekly Progress, Quality Control, Safety, Issue Specific, etc.)
- Coordinating with Contractors to align their Means and Methods with Contract Documents
- Prepare Change Orders/Work Orders, including coordinating required Contractor documentation to facilitate Client review and approval
- Evaluate and Facilitate Owner Direct Purchase (ODP) opportunities
- Coordinating and reviewing Project progress with onsite Inspection Staff
- In-person onsite review of Construction Progress
- Providing fulltime or parttime Inspection Services
- Prepare/Monitoring Daily Reports
- Conduct Davis Bacon Wage Interviews
- Certified Payroll Review
- Reviewing and approving monthly Contractor Pay Applications
- Monitoring Contractor payments to Subcontractors
- Monitoring Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Goal achievement Progress
- Reviewing Contractor work Quality and coordinating remediation as necessary
- Coordinating Punchlist Walk with Designer and Contractor
- Issue the Substantial Completion Letter
- Review of Asbuilt Survey
